ORDINANCE OF THE L'OUNCIL OF THE CITY: OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICI
PAL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE ZONE CLAS-
. SIFICATION OF THE PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 704, 712 AND
720 WAVERLEY STREET FROM RM-5 TO RM-3
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follovs:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto !llunicipal Code, the
"'Zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the 2:0ninq of the proper:..
~ies known as 704, 712 and 720 Waverley St~eet from RM-5 (High Density
Multiple-family Residen~e District) to RM-3 (~oderate Density Multiple
family Residence District) as shown the the map attached hereto, marlted
Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
SECTICN 2. 1'he Council .finds that the rezoninq of the abo:.te prop
erty is consistent with the adopted Com~rehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.

SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change w:11 have no
significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon tht: CQ!!S:
mencement of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
