The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 cf the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
"Zoning Map, ... is hereby amended by changing the zoninq or the proper
ties known as 324-390 Everett Street from RM-4 (Medium Density
Mul tip le-fami ly Residence District) to RK-3 Otodera te Pens i ty Multiple
fami ly Resid~nce District) as shown the the map atti:lched hereto, marked
Exhibit "A~ and incorporated herein by this reference.
f'ECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezonin:;J of the above prop
erty is consistent wilh the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
S~CTION 3. The Cour.ci 1 hereby finds thaL this .r-~J\nge •·ill have no
significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4~ This ordiflance shall become effective upon the com
mencem~nt ofthe thirty-first d::ty after the day of its passage.
