III, Section 12, .0.(, ,,,. the Charter of the City of Palo Alto ;and as set forth in Sectier.: > 2 .. 23.070 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the Council on June 27, 198~, · did adopt a bud9et for fiscal year 1983.:..84; and further on June 25·, 1984r did ~dopt a budget for fiscal year 1984-85~ and WHEREAS, fi~cal year 1983-84 has now ended and the financial re­ sults, alt.hough subject to post:-audit adjustment,. are now available and· are herewith reported in summarizP.d financial statements prepared by the Director of Finance which are attached hereto, and by reference made a part hereof; and WHEREAS, pursuant tc Section 2. 28.080 of the Palo AJ. to M.uni!:"ipal Code, the City Manager did amend the budgetary accounts of the City of Palo Alto as shown on the attached Statement ~sR to reflect: (A) Additi.onal appropriations authorized by ordinance of the.City Council. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds that the enacteent of this ordinance is not a project under the Cal:tfornia Environaental Quality Act .and, therefore, no environmen;;.al impact assessaent is necessary. SECTION 6. As provided in subsection (3) cf Section 2.04.375 of the Palo Alto r'.:unicipal Code, this ordinance shall become ef~ective upon adoption • .
