AMENDING TITLE . 18 (ZONING CODE] AND TIT.LE 21 [SUB
DIVISION CODE] REGAROING .· PLUMBI,NG' . FiXTURES !N
ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, BICYCLE. PARKING'. DEFERRAL, LOT
·LINE REMOVALS AND soi.AR ACCESS PROTECTION
SECTION 1. Sec ti on 18 .12. 0 30 (a) [R-1 Di str ict--Permi tted Uses] of
the Pa lo Al to Mun ic ipa 1 Code is here by amended to read:
(a) Accessory facilities and us€s customarily
incidental to permitted uses, provided that acces
sory facilities built after the effective date of
this ordinance shall have no more than two plumbing
fix tu res.

SECTION 6. Section 2.J.~04.030(25) [Sudivision 'Jrdinance--Defini

( 25) :1.Minor subdivision" means any subdivi
