ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF T::iE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING .CHAPTER 18. 57 [GENERAL. MANUFACTURING, COM
BINING DIST;RICT] TO EXCLUDE RESEARCH AND DEVELOP
MENT ANO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE SEH,V!CES AS USES

WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to modify the General Manufactur
ing Combining District (GM(B)) to further restrict uses that qenecate
high levels of traffic;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows~
SECTT.ON 1. Section 18.57.040 [Permitted uses--GM(B) District] i..,
hereby amended to read:

uses shall be permitted in the GM(B) district:
(a) Accessory facilities and activities
customarily associated 1.-lith or essential to permit
ted uses, and operated incidental to the pr.;,ncipal
