The Council of the City of Palo A:to does Oth.AIN as ivllows:
§ECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
•zoning Map•, is hereby amended by changing the zoning of ~~rtain prop
erty known as 718 Ashby Drive from R-2 (Two FaMily Residence District)
to PC (Planned Community District). Said propet·ty is shown on 3. ..ap
attached hereto as Exhibit "A• and incorporated he["ej.n by refer.ence.

ject property-that: · -

b. Special Requirements
1. The duplex units \iill be initiall~.t
sold under the BMR Housing PJ:ogram at prices not to
exceed $90,000 per unit. Any rrmdification of this
condition will require approval of the City
Council.
2. Plumbing shall be prefitted to permit
the future addition of solaL panels.
3. Landscaping shall be installed in
accordar,ce with the approved landscape plan (see
Exhibit •a~), and -shali be maintained and (eplaced
as necessary to assure normal growth, health, and
groomed appearance.
