ing a six-morith trial traffic control plan1 and

WHEREAS, Council. has evaluated the initial trial traffic c-ontrol
plan and has determined that another tri~l traffic control pla~ \should
be implemented, which requires additional fundin9;
NOW, THE1(EFORE, the Council cf the City of P.alo Alto does ORDAIN.
as follows:
SECTION 1" The ~;um of Thirty Thousand Four Hundred Dollars
($30,46"5") 1s appropriated to Capital Improvement Proj..:ct No. 83-23
"Ever9reen Park Traffic Control Improvements" and the R~servt= for
Capital Projects is correspondingly dec.reetsed.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this project will have no sig-•·
ni f ic..~ant env1ronmental impact.
SECTION ~ ~ Thifl o.rdinance shall become effective immediately as
providEtd :tn Secti11n 12 of Article III of the Charter and Sectio9
2.04.375 of the Palo·o.~lto Municipa.l Code.
