The Counc i 1 O:)f the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
"Zoning-M.ap?is herehy amended by changing the zoning of a portion of
the property known as 216 Page Mi.ll Road from Gl-t (General Manufacturil'lg
District) to GM(B) (General Manufacturing Combining District) as shown
the the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit •A• and incorporated herein
by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezonj ng of the above prop
erty is consistent wit:h the adopted Comprehensive Plan of t,h~ City of
Palo Alto.
SECT[ON 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will have no
significant adverse e~vironmental impact.
SECT I ON 4 • This ordinance .shall. become. effective upon the
',t•;ncement of the thirty-fir'st day after. the day of its passage.
