Section 1S.45.030(b) [Permitted Uses--se:rvice Commer-. cial District} of the Palo Alto ~unicipal Code is hereby amended to read: ( b) Acn.inist.rat i ve off ice services, as limit­ ed by Section 18.i5.070(f); SECTXOH 2. The regulations contai~ed in this ordinance shal~ not apply'-to a proposed new off ice use -whose a9pl icat ion f:'>r archi tee tural review pursuant to Cha:;>ter 16.48 of the Palo :\lto Municipal Code was received and accepted as complete before June 5, 1964. SECTION 5. 'rhe Council finds that none of the provisions of this ordinance will have a significant environmental impac~. SEC'l'I0N 6. This ordinance shall becorne eff~ctive upon the coa­ mencement of the thirty-first day after ttie day of its passage and shall expire two years from its effective date.
