The Counci1 of: the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:

certain properties in the East Bayshor-e Area. tronl G/<1 (General i-ianu
facturing District) to GM(~} (General Manufacturing Combining District)
as shown on the map attached her0to and incorporated herein as Exhibit

trial/Research Park District) to LM(3)(D) (Limited Industrial Site Com
bining District) as shown on the map attached hereto and incorporated
herein as Exhibit "A".
SECTIGN 3. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
erty is consisted with the adopted Cornprehens i ve Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
SECTION 4. The Council hereby finds that this change will have no
significant adven·"" Anvil·onmental in1pact.
