The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
~_ION !· Section 18.08. 040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
"Zon:i ng Map, '1 is herebx' J.mended by changing the zoning of the proper
ties known as 225-231 Homer Avenue and 748 Rf!moncJ. Street from Rm-2 (Low
Density Multiple l:'amil~l Residence Di~trct) t.o .Rm-3 (Moderate Density
t·iult:i.p1e Family Resid<::~nce Distr.ict) as shown on the map attached here

SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
er.ti~:s is.-cor'iSistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
SBCTitJN 3. The Council hereby f.inds that th.is change will have no
siynificant adverse environmental impact<
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mencement of tl1e thirty-f ir:3t day after the day of its passage.
