~AL CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASSIPlCA
TION OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 461-471 PAG£<; MILL
ROAD FROM CS TO CN
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code, the
"Zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of a portion of
tho property known as 461-471 Page Mill Roa.d from C~:i (Service Comrner
c ia .l Dil3 tr.·i c t) to CN ( Nei <Jhborhood Commerc .ia 1 District) as shown the
the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by
this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
ertv ... E:J"_c.ons5.stent with the adopted Comprehensive Pla.n of the C.tty of
Palo A.lto.
SECTION 3. The Counci 1 hereoy finds that this change will have no
significant adverse environw~ntal impact.
SECTION 4.. This ordinance shall become effeo::tive upon the com
menceme-nt of t"ho t.hirty-first day after the day of its pae.sage.
