The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.1.2.040(h) [R-·l District] of the Pa.lo i\.lto
M1rnicTpaf-Code is hereby amended to :rr~ad~

lat ions specif led for the R-1 or R-1 Special Residential

conditions are met:
( l) The minimum site area must be
thirty~five (35%} larger than the minimum site
area t"equired in the respective R-1 or R~l
Combining District. In the case of a .!:'lag
