WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of ~ection 12 of A~ticle III

contr-ol techniques in the Evergreen Park neighborhood; and

SECTION 1. C3pital Improvement Project No. 83-23 is hereby estab-
1 isi1ed-for~the «£veryreen Park Traffic Control Improvements."
SECTION 2 ~ The sum of Sixty-Two Thousand One Hundred Dollars
($6/.,100) is 1:tppr·opriatect to Capital Improvement Project No. 83-23
~evergreen Park Traffic Control Improvements," estimated revenue in the
C~pital Improvement Fund is increased by the sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars (l?30,000) to reflect receipt of traffic mitigation funds from
California Plaza, a Limited Partnershi.pr and the Reserve for Capital
ProJe~ts is decreased by the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand One Hundred
Dollars (~32,100).
SECTION 3. The Council finds that this project will have no
significant environmental impact.
S£CTION 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately as·
provided in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section
2.04.375 of the Ualo Alto Municipal Code.
