NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does URDAN as follows: SECTION 1. The plan to allow expansion of the Palo Alto Sani ta­ tion Company (PASCO) yard facilities, as set forth ·'1 r:xhibit ·A~, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this refer~nce, is hereby approved and adopted pursuant to section 22.00.005 of the Palo Alt<.> Municipal Code. SECTION 2. The use of the park dedic::ated land, as approved and adopted by this or-dinance, shall terminate, and the parking surface be removed at the ear 1 ier date of either the termination of the r-efuse collection use of the property shown on Exhibit 14 A" or the Glosing of the Palo Alto sanitary refuse disposal area. ~ECTIUN 3. The Council finds that this project will have no signiiicant adverse environmental impact. .,, t SECTION 4.
