The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.12 .• U40(h) of the Palo Alto Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read:

unit, provided the minimum site area shall be
thirty-five per.cent. (35%) larger than the minimum
site area required in the respective R-1 or R-l

~ECTION 2. The Council finds that this p~oject will have no

SBCTIUN 3. This ordinai.nce shall become effective upon the com
mencement ofthe thirty-first day after. the day of its passaiJe.
