The first parayraph of section 18.10.050 [RS District) of the-Palo-Alto Municipal Code is he.reby amended to read: 18010.050 Site development regulations. 1'he fol low inr.J site development regulations shall apply in the Rf; residential estate district, pro·­ vided that more restrictive regulations may be recommended by thr· architectural revie·w .board and approved by the director of planning and community environment, pursuant to Chapter 16.48 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code. More restrictive regulations m?.y be recom­ mended by the architectural. review board and approved by the director of planning and community enviornment, pursuant to Chapter 16,48 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
