The Council of the Cjty of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Codep the

the property known as 3120 Stockton Place (former De Anza School site)
from P.F (Public Facility District} to R-1 (Single Family Residence

SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
