An amendment to the contract between the City Council of t!w-Cityof Palo Alto and the Board of Administration, Califor.nia Public Employees' I<etb:ement System is hereby authorized. A copy of said amendment is attached het e to as Exhibit nAn and i ncor por a ted herein by reference as though fully set fotth. SEC'l'ION 2. 1'he Mayor of. the C i. ty of Palo 1\1 to .i.s hereby autho- rized-,--empower:ed, and directed to execute said amendment. for-and un behalf of City. SECTION 3.
