FIXING AN ASSESSMENT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1983-84 FOR

PROJECT NO. 55-5
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
§.EC'I'ION _ _l. There is her-eby levied against and upon all of the

diHtrict fonned putsuant t.o Resol!.1tion of Intention No. 2650 adopted
September 12, 1955 (exclusive of public property in use in the perfor
mance of. a pub 1i c f unct. ion} p a special as.sessme nt in the rwm of $. 07 24
upon each One Bund:r:ed Dolla:r·s ( $100) of full cash valuation thet::eof,
for interest and principal installments due on Bond Plan E, Califo~nia
Avenue District Parking Bonds of 1956.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that this is not a project under the
California-f':nvironmental Quality Act and, therefore, no environ~ental
impact assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption.
