ORDINANCE NO. 3452
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS FOR EROSION REPAIR AT
ESTHER CLARK PARK
WHEREAS, Article VIII of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto and
Section 22.08.005 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code require that before
any substantial building, construction, reconstruction, or development
is commenced or approved, upon or with respect to any land held by the
City for pari~: pur;;.H.>ses, the Coline i 1 shall first cause to be prepared
and by ordinance approve and adopt a plan therefor; and
WHER~AS, the C.it.y Council did by Ot·dinance No. 2252, adopted in
1965 as amended by Ordinance No. 22.69 adopted in 1965, place Esther

stabilization of the Creek embankment through Esther Clark Park and to
