PLANS FOR FENCING AT
GOLF COURSE
ALTO
WHEREAS, Article VIII of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto and
Section 22.08.005 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code require that before
any substantial building, construction, reconstruction, or develop~ent
is commenced or approved, upon or with respect to any land held by the
City for park purposes, the Counc i1 :3ha11 first cause to be prep aced
and by ordinance approve and adopt a plan therefore1 and
WHEREAS, the City Council did by Ordinance No. 22.S2, adopted in
1965, as subsequently amended 1 place the Municipal Golf Coun~e on the
list. of lands used or intended to be used for: park purposes; and
WHEREAS, the Council desires to allow improvements for fencing at
the Municipal Golf Course purst1ant to a plan prepared therefore;
SECTION 1. The plan attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A," shall be
and thesamehereby approved and adopted.
Sect ion 2. The Council finds that t:h is project will hdve no
significimf-environmental impact.
Section 3~ This ordinance shall become effective upon the
