S.l Camino Real and Wellesley Street on June 28, 1982, and while the moratorium was in effect r a study of said zorH:> wa.s prepar:ed by tt1e City staff in ccmjunction ~Yith the Planning Comm.iss10n ond Bistoric Resout·ces Board; and WHEREAS, the Council extended the ~mratorium to March 14, 1983 in order to evaluate the results of that study; and WHEREAS, the Council extended the moratorium to August 25, 1983 in order to have time to process a zone chungf~ in the mora to~~ i urn area~ and WHEREAS, thcH. zone change has now fY-.;en enacted by the City Co unci 1 and shall take effect on August 12, 1983; NOW, 'rHEREFORB, the CO!Jnc i 1 of the City ot Palo Alto does ORDA lN as follows: SECTION 1. The rnoratorium ext.ahl ished by Ordinance Noe 3366 as amended-byftOrd-inance Nos~ 3403 and 3409 is hereby terminated at the end of August 12, 1983~ SECTION 2. The Council finds that this ordinance will have no significant environmental impact. SECTION 3. 'I'b is ordinance shall become effective upon the •-'Om­ menc~ment of the 31st day after the day of its passage.
