.~ECTION_l. Section 113.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Cod~, the
"Zoning Map," is h(H'eby amended by changing the zoning of a pert ion of
the property known as 8JU Ea.st Meadow Drive from PF (Public Fnc i li ty
District) to R-1 (Single family Hesidence District) and R-~2 (Two r'amily
Res idsnc•;) Die. tr i c t) as shown on the map attached here to, .marked Exhibit
"A'' and incorporated herein by this r..eference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop-
erty· is consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Pal<) Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council her:eby finds that tllis change will have
no significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shull become effective upon the com-
mencement of the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
