The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SeCTION 1., Section ·18.08.040 of thQ Pa1o ldto !1unicipal Coc1e, the
"Zonin-gMap-;-, is ht:~reby amended by changinq the zoning of a .;;ortion of
the~ property known as 655 Ara.stradero Road from P.F (Public Facility
District) to HM-·3 (Hoderate Density ~ultiple-Farnily Residence District)
a.s shown the the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit 11 A" and incc:.r·p,:;.
rated herein by this reference.
SECTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
erty is con.sistent with the adopted Comprehensiv~ Plan of the City of
Paio Alto.
