Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Coder the •zoning Map~, is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain prop­ erty lo:no;..·n as 401-419 Webster Street and 602-608 Lytton Avenue from RM-5 (Eigh Density Hultiple Family Rer::,idence District) to PC (Planned Community D1str ictl. Said development plan is approved parsuant to Section 18.68 .. 120 e;f th•e Palo Alto Municipal Code, subject to the following conditions: • {a} Uses 1.
