Board and the Director of Pla:1ning and Communjty Environment pursuant
to Section 18.99 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code (minor· Site -omd Design
Review) •
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows:
SECTION 1. The plan to allow ctmstruction of a bicycle path and
placement O!appropriate landscaping, .;1s set forth 1n Exhibit "A",
attached hereto and incorporated by this reference, is hereby approved
and adopted pursuant to Sect ion 22.08. 00 5 of the Palo Alto Mun i c ipa 1
Code.
SECTION 2. 'l'he Colmcil finds that this project -..·ill hav~ no
significant aaverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. 'l'his ordinance shall becom<:> effective upon the com-
mencement of the thirty-first date after the day of its passage.
