ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF' THE -CITY Of Pl\t.O ALTO
APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS fOR fENCE REPI..ACEM8N·r
AT THE BAYLANDS ATHL,ETIC CENTER
WHEREAS~ Article VIII of the Chatter of the City of Palo Alto and
Section 22.08.005 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code require that before
any substantial building, construction, reconstruction, or development
is commenced or. approved, upon or 'fllith respect to any land held by lhe
City for: park purposes, the Council shall fi.r.st cause to be prepared
and by ordinance approve and adopt a plan therefor; and

NOW, THEREFOHE, the Council of the City o[ Palo Alt:J does ORDAIN
as follows:
