ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE-~C ITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 TO
ESTABLISH AND PROVIDE FUNDS FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 82-33 ~LOT J PARKING GARAGE"
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of the Chartet of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 21. 1982.
did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1982-83; and
WHEREAS, staff has negotiated an acceptable offer of contract to

Califoinia ·Environmental Quality A<:!l and, therefore, no environrnental
impact assessment is necessat"y.
SECTION 3. '!'his ordinance shall become effective immediately as

2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municip&l Code.
