Si!:CTION 2. The Council finds that the rezoning of the above prop
erties is consistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the City of
Palo Alto.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change will. have no
significant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the oom
mencement·or the thirty-first day after the day of its passage.
