0RDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CI·TY OF PALO AI,TU
AMENDING SECTION 5.20.030 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE TO PROVIDE FOR THE CURBSIDE COLLECTION OF
R8CYCL.l\.SLES AND RUBBISH
WHEREASr the City intends to institute a program of regular col

SECTION 2. The Council finds that none ot the provisions ot this
ordinance~i11 have a signitlcant environmental 1mpact.
SECTION 3. 'rtns ord1nance nhall become effectlV€ upon the com-
mencement ot the thirty-first day after the date ot its passage.
