Ordinance No. 2006 is hereby amended to include two tennis courts and associat'=!d freestanding lighting and landscaping 1 as shown on Exhibit "A" attQched hereto. geT ION 2. . D!_veloement Schedule. Construct ion of t 1,le tennis cour.ts shall 6"egu1 t'llitFiln three months o.f the effective date of this ordinance and shall be completed within three month~ of the beginning date of construction. SECTlON 3. Special Requirements. The fence ar.ound the tennis courts shall be black virtyl .3nd no wind screen shall be used. SEC~!' ION 4. The Counci 1 finds that this project wi 11 have no signif1cant adverse environmental impact. SECTION 5. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com- mencement o"Y-the thirty-first day after. the date of its passage.
