is hereby amended to reo.d:
(a}(l} Parking Facilities. The maximum
height shall be equal to the h-eigi"it e:;-'itabl ished ir
the most restrictive ad)acent zone district.
(2) All other 1.1ses: The r.1;~ximum height
within 45.7 meters { 150 feet.) of any site in any
residential or r.esidential PC district shall be
10.7 meters (35 feet).
SECTION 4. '!'he Council finds that this project will have no
sigin11cant environmental impact.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall become effe..:tive upon the
eommencemen-t of the thirf::.y-first day a.ft er the day of its passage.
