<,'f the Ch,:in:er of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 21, 1982,
~id adopt a burtqet for fiscal year 1982-83, and

selectinq 1ts cable owner and operator~ and
WHRREAS, ~he City of Palo Alto desires a Consultant to assist the
City in ohtaininq first-class cable television serviceD for· its resi
dents and additionally to weiqh the benefits of municipal participation
1n the ownership ~;f thf: c<."blo syste·n.

Sf.CTION 2. The Coun.;:il finds that this is not a project for pur-
poses of the Ca 1 i for n i a Environmental Quality Act and, there for.e 1 no
environrnentdl assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. This oroinance shall be effective immediately as pro-
