ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL Of THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1982-83 TO
PROVIDE AN ADOlTlON.~L APPROPRIATION FOR LEGAL
SERVICES IN THE UTii,ITIES DEPARTMEN'r
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III of
the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 21~ 1982, did
adopt a budget for fiscal year 1982-83; ond
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto desi:re.s to retain
legal ccH.msel in connection with Utiliti<.~s Department energy activities~
NOW. THEREFORE, the Council of the ~ity of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follows:
