NOW, THEREPORB, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
,'Is follows:
SECTION i. 'I'hE'.: March 14, 1983 termination date of the moratorium
establish~d hv 0¥.dinance No, 3366, as amended by Ordinance No. 3403, is
extended throuqh Auqust 25, 1983 unless sooner terminated by the
Council.
Sect.i~')n 2. The Council finds that this project will have no
~ ~-siqni~icant environmental impact.
Section 3. 'I'his ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mencement of the thirty-first day after the dav of its passage.
