PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL

WHElU<~AS pursuant to the provisions of Sect~on 12 of Article III of
the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Cl>urcil on June 21, 1982, did
adopt a burlqet for fiscal year 1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto Cl~t"r.'~n t ly contracts with M iii
peninsula Citizens for Fair Housinq p.-:CFH) to provide fair housing

NOWf 'rHEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as follows~
