AMENDING THE BUDGr~T r'OR 1'HE FISCAL YEAR 1982-8]
TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR ADUUr CROSSING
GUARDS
~'lHEHEAS, pursuant to the pt'ovisions of Sect1on 1/ ot f,rlicle III
of lhe Charter of the City of Palo Alto,. the Counc1l on JunL' 21, 1982,
did adopt a budget tor fiscal year 1982-83; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Pulo Alto has aut.hortzed a
program for adult crosst.ng guards tor the sat.ely ot school chlldren:
