An amendment to the contract between the City Council of the C1ty o-f Palo ;~lto and the Boa·cd of Administration, Californi<) Public Employees' Retirement System is hereby authorized. A copy of said amendment is attached hereto as Rxhibit ,.A,. and incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, SECTION 2. The Mayor of the Council of the City of Palo Alto is her·eby aut.hor1zed, empowerec1, and directed to execute said amendment for and on behalf of City. SECTIC2~_:}_.
