ORDINANCE OF' THE COUNCIL OFT1iECITY 0~' PALO ALTO
AMENDING CHAPTER 22.08 (PARK DEDICATIONS) OF THE
P~LO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 22.08.340
(JOHN FLETCHER BYXBE~ RECREATION AREA ADDITION)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22,08. 340 is hereby added to the Palo Alto
Municipal Code to read as follows:
~z2~08.340 John Fletcher Byxbee Recreation
Area Addition. 'i'hat certain parcel of land known
as '"iohn Fletcher Byxbee Recreation Area Addition
delineated and described in Exhiblt A-21.10 attach
ed hereto is hereby reserved for park, playgroundt
recreation 01: conservation purposes."
SECTION 2. All the prov~~1uns ot Chapter 22.03 of the Palo Alto
Municipa-iCode shall apply to Section 22.08. 340 with th0 same force and
