ORDINANCE NO. 3344
ORDiNANCE Of THE COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981·82 TO
PROVIDE AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF
CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 81-95 ~TERMAN SCHOOL
SITE -CONSULTING DESIGN SERVICE"
WHEREAS 1 pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 22, 1981,
did adopt a budget for fiscal yea~ 1981-82; and ,

WHEREAS, the City Council r.as approved the acquisition of the
Terman School Sit~;; and
WHEREAS~ funds are necessary for the design of the revised Master
Plan ~nd the final design of the first stage of capital const~uctionp
~ow, THEREFORe, the Council of tha ~ity of Palo Alto does ORDAIN

SECTION 1. Capital tmorovement Project No. 81-95 is hereby e8tAb

SECTION 2. The sum of Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars
($260,000) is appropriated tc, Capital Illlprovem\~tlt Project No. 81-95
