ORDINANCE NO. 3331
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO AL'rO
AMENDING THE BUDGE'r FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1981-8 2 TO
PROVIDE ADPITIONAL FUNDING FOR VISUAL ARTS AND TO
PROVIDE FOR RECEIPT OF REVENUE FROM THE CALIFORNIA
ARTS COUNCIL
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article III
of the Charter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 22, 1981,
did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1981-82; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto desires to present a new visual
arts program known as Crt3tion Location~ and
WHEREAS, the California Arts Council has made ~atching grant funds
available for this program;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN
as .L o 11 ow s :
SECTION 1. The sum of Four Thousand Four Hundred Ninety-eight
Dollars ($4,498) is appropriated to the Visual Arts Program of the Arts
and Sciences Department as follows:

SECTION 2. An cnvironm~ntal impact ~rJessment has been conducted
and Councll flnds this pcoject not to ha"v .... a sl~.lif.icant environmental
impact.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall become cf recti ve immediately as
provided in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section
2.0~.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
