ORDINANCE. NO. 3126
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
ADDING CHAPTER 19.06 TO THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE ESTABLISHING A PROC2DURE FOR THE CITY TO
ADOPT SPECIFIC PLANS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 19.06 is hereby added to the Palo Alto Munici
pal Code to read as follows:
"Chapter 19.06
Specific Plans
Sections:
19.06.010 Adoption of Government Code.
19.06.010 Adoption of Government Code.

SECTION 2. The Council finds that t~is project will not have a
signif1cant adverse environmental impact.
SECTION 3. This Or:dinanct:> shall become effective upon the com
mencement ofthe thirty-first day after the day of its adoption.
