ORDINANCE NO. 3306
ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE BUDGET f'OR FISCAL YEAR 1981-82 TO
PROVIDE .~DDITIONAL fUNDS FOR 'rHE COOPERATION AGREEMENT
WITH THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, pursua.nt to the prov1s1ons of ,s,~ctio:1 12 of Article
III of the Charter of tte City of Palo Alto, the Council on June 22,
1981, did adopt a budget for fiscal year 1981-82; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto currently contracts with the
Santa Clara County Ho~sing Authority for the Piggyback ?rogram; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to provide
additional funds for the extension of eleven (1 1} leases in that
contract for a period of twelvt (12) months:
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does
ORDAIN as f0llows:
SECTION 1. The :;;urn of Fifteen Thousand Thirty Seven Dollar~s
($15,031) is approprio.ted to the Housing Subpr:ogram of the Planning
Division for professional services and the unappropriated balance of
the Special I-Jous 1 ~1g F:md is corresponding.lv decreasE:3.
SEC'riON 2. This ordinance shall br.~come effective immeoiately
as provided in Section 12 of Article III of the Charter and Section
2.04.375 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code.
