ORDINANCE NO. 3294 -·----ORDINANCB OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) 'rO CHANGE 'rHE CLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS LUCAS LANE FROM PF TO CC AND CS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "ZonTi1g M.ap," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of cer
tain property known as Lucas Lane, with the zoning of the Lucas Lane
parcel adjacent to 87 Encina Avenue changed from PF (Public Facili
ties District) to CS (Community Service) and the zoning of the Lucas
Lane parcel adjacent to Town & County Village changed from PF (Pub
lic racilities) to CC (Community Commercial), as shown on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit. "An and incorporated herein by refer
ence.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that this change will have
no ~dgn'ifiCcint adverse environ.ment.al impact.
SEC'riON 3. 'l'he CounciJ finds that. tbe rezoning of the i:lbove
pr.operty-Tsconsistent with the adopted Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SBCTION 4. This ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mer~cement~()fthe thirty-first day after the date of its passage.
