ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SECTION 18,08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF
PROPF.:RTY KNOWN AS 185 BRYANT S'PREET !:,ROM RM-1 TO RM-2
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "Zon1ng Map,H is hereby amended by changing the zoning of cer
tain property known as 185 Bryant Street from RM-1 (Restricted Den
sity Multiple Family District) to RM-2 (Low Density Multiple Family
Residence District) as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit
!'A" and incorporated hereby by .reference.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that thi.s change will have
no sign if .i cant adverse environ men ta.l impact,
SEC'l'ION 3. 'The Council finds that th0 n~zoning of the above
propertyis-consistent with the adoptf~d. Comprehensive Plan of the
City of Palo Alto.
SECTION 4. 'rhis ordinance shall become effective upon the com
mencemerrtOfthe thirty--first day after the date of j_ ts passage.
