'l'he Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as
follOitlS:
SECTION 1. Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Munici
pal Code;--the "Zonin9 Map 1
11 is hereby amended by chanqing
the zoning of certain property known as 705 San Antonio Road
from P-C (Planned Communi t.y District) t.o CS (Service Com
mercial District) as shown on the map attached hereto,
marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by :reference.
SECTION 2. The Cnuncil hereby finds that this change
will have no"'significant adverse environmental impact.
SEC'l'ION 3. 'rhe Council finds that the rezoning of the
above·-·-property is cons is tent with the adopted Comprehensive
Plan of the City of Pale> Alto.
