AMENDING SECTION 18.08.040 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL
CODE (THE ZONING MAP) TO CHANGE THE CLASSIFICATION OF
PROPERTY AT SAN ANTONIO ROAD AND NITA AVENUE FROM LM

The Council of the City of Palo Alto does ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1~ Section 18.08.040 of the Palo Alto Municipal Code,
the "Zoning Map," is hereby amended by changing the zoning of certain
property at San Antonio Road at Nita Avenue from LM (Limit~d Indus
trial/Research Park District) and CC (Community Commercial District)
to RM-4 (Medium Density Multiple-family Residence District) as shown
on the ma· attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" dnd incorporated herein
by refe·re11ce.
