PROVIDE fUNDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CAPITAt IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT NO. 80-70 "DOWNTOWN PARKING STRUCTURE rgASIBILITY
ANALYSIS" AND TO DECREASE FUNDING IN CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT

WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article II!
of the Charter of the City of Palo ,1\lto, the Council on .June 23,
1980 did adopt a hurlget for fiscal year 1980-81; and
WHEREAS, the Council has previously passed a resolution of
intention to LlSP. unexpended Bond proceeds from .l\sse?ssment: District
