ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMf:NDING THE BUDGET F'OR THE r'ISCAL YEAR 1980-81 TO
PROVIDE FUNDING FOR CHANGES IN PLANNING DIVISION'S
PUBLlC Ht;ARING NOTICJ;o; PROCEDURBS
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12 of Article
III of the Churter of the City of Palo Alto, the Council on June
23, 19~0, did adopt a budget for fiocal year 1980-H1; and
WHEREAS, the C.ity of Palo Alto desires to improve and stan
dardize the not icing process for Planning rell:tted public
hearings; and
WHEREAS 1 changes in the .Municipal Fee Schedule will generate
sufficient revenue to off set the expens~~ of these procedural
improvements.

ORDAIN as follows:
